My name is Nikki I am a counsellor and psychotherapist, i am passionate about supporting people that are experiencing difficulties across varying issues that impact on their joy of life and functioning. I am a fully qualified University-trained Counsellor and a Certified Expressive Therapist.

I have attended numerous professional development workshops and training events over many years and continue to do so along with having regular clinical supervision. I work in an integrative way utilising my training, working knowledge and experience with complex issues, keeping up to date with current best practice, while working through a trauma informed lens, building on client’s identified strengths towards wellbeing and recovery. 

My special interests and expertise are working with;

• trauma

• self- discovery for personal growth

I work with adolescents and adults, with an eclectic approach that is tailored to suit the age group and the presenting issue.

Counselling support can help process what has happened from past experiences or from present troubling events, to find meaning, gain insight or discover new ways in which to live a more fulfilling authentic life. When unexpected life events happen, this may leave us saddened, traumatised, confused and left questioning why, what does this mean or which pathway do i take now.
